An update on COVID-19
Dial-A-Bus is operating limited service with limited staffing. In order to maintain social distancing, our dispatch office is operating with one dispatcher at a time. Please have patience as there are currently an increased number of calls. If someone does not answer the phone, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
We do recommend that you avoid going out into the public for anything non-essential, but we will still provide rides if you need them if they are available. Additionally, all return rides are being scheduled at this time. If you are in need of someone to do your grocery shopping for you, please call our dispatchers at (541) 752-2615 and someone can help you. Grocery shopping requires cash or check payment upon delivery and shopping is done on Fridays only. We can also pick up prescriptions as needed with the same requirements.
Please note: Dial-A-Bus staff are not permitted to transport opioid medications or alcohol. We are also not allowed to use clients’ food stamp cards.
For those clients who are still taking rides, we are sanitizing our vehicles between rides and are taking many precautions to avoid transferring illness. Masks are required by all passengers in the vehicle at all time.
Thank you for your cooperation during these times. Stay safe!
