Dial-A-Bus can get you where you need to go.
Demand Response
This service is for any person in Benton County who does not qualify for BAT Lift, but wants or needs a ride for any reason. You may be grouped with other passengers who have similar pick-up times or destinations in our Dial-A-Bus vehicles. Provided at cost based on distance and time and scaled to what you can afford.

Group/Event Shuttle
We have provided rides for OSU Sports Teams, the Oregon Symphony in Salem, the Boys and Girls Club, and more. Call or email for pricing and to schedule your group transportation:

Linn County Medical
The pandemic revealed that there was no publicly available transportation for Linn County residents who need to access medical, mental health, and dental services in Benton County. Dial-A-Bus now provides this transportation on an individual basis. We charge using a sliding scale, but nobody will be denied service due to inability to pay. Call to schedule a ride (541) 752-2615

Student Transportation
We work with schools in multiple districts and other nonprofits to provide transportation to and from school, after school activities, and more. If you need help with school transportation, contact your child’s school administrator and they will take it from there.
